This is up to you Warden, if you do not wish to add these, or if you do. I thought of some this morning, where as my head has been killing me.
Rule 1: Topics at least older than 6 months (depends on the situation), can not be bumped.
Rule 2: Accounts inactive, for at least 6 months without warning a member of staff, gets deleted. (Reason I suggest this, is because of hackers/spambots, who'd try and steal an inactive account, and yes hackers are pathetic enough to hack an inactive account, and get the original user in trouble).
Rule 3: No correcting a member, if you are not a member of staff (Admin/Mod/Global Mod).
Rule 4: Any fights, keep them to PMs.
This is all I can think of, and it is up to you, Warden if you choose to use these or not, and they maybe a copy from my dead forums, but it's fine.

My imput:
1. Agreed. Users will get a warning, and if they bump 3 different old topics, they are in the Scrub Monkey 3rd Class.
2. Depends on the user. If, for example, a user disappears for a random reason, or hasn't been on in a while (like me on GCLF the first time I left, or almost everyone here.), then no. If very little posts have been made, or an account was simply made and never used, then yes.
3. I disagree. Correcting someone's mistakes, or warning someone is not bad, it's only bad when someone who is not in moderator position trys to act like a moderator or administrator.
4. Agreed. Although, this is already a rule...

All approved. I suggest #3 gets changed to where only someone attempts to act like a mod/admin/me.
